Give us a few details about your furbaby so we can put together the best value hamper full of stuff we know your pup will love.

Please read the What Your Order Includes section below to know what you should expect to receive when your hamper is delivered.

All our luxury hampers are lovingly packed and delivered to your doorstep, anywhere in Australia. Your furbaby will go barking mad and cover you in big licks!! And don’t forget to take some pics of your pooch receiving their goodies and email them to sherry@daisyandoscar.com.au so we can share in the madness.

Please allow time for your hamper to be delivered especially if it is for your furbaby’s birthday. Be sure you order ahead to avoid disappointment. No sad puppy eyes allowed!

Just shop separate items and these will be shipped to you at the same time as your hamper….just be aware these may not be delivered on the same day just because they are shipped together from our end.

Our products all come from small Aussie businesses so you can be assured we are supporting another Aussie business, however some of these products are made in other countries.

We have sourced through an Aussie supplier some of the best toys from the USA which are for the dogs that love to chew. Just choose super chewer toys in your options drop down box when placing your order.

The Daisy & Oscar Club is a subscription service, offering certain luxury hampers for subscription every 1, 2 or 3 months. Cancel any time!

How do I cancel my subscription?2021-01-18T05:47:53+00:00

You can access the My Account section and login to cancel your subscription at anytime. We do need 48 hours notice before you next hamper is due.

When is my subscription order shipped each month?2021-01-18T05:57:04+00:00

Once you have placed your order your first subscription hamper will be shipped 24- 48 hours later . Each other hamper thereafter will be despatched on the same date as your first order

Depending on where you live your delivery could take between 2- 13 days to arrive. We send our hampers and parcels through Sendle or Australia Post. Remember we are in Tassie!

Your furbaby will receive, two Aussie made treats, 2 toys customised to suit your dogs need and a Buggy Bix meal topper. Yippee!! Every month will be a surprise with different toys included every time you receive your new hamper.

You will be billed immediately at your time of purchase for your first order and on the same date every month thereafter.

Standard shipping for $7.95 AUD.

Whilst most orders are received within 1-7 days please allow up to 13 business days for standard delivery depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address (tracking via Sendle). Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays. Your hamper/ parcel is coming from Tasmania and these are the estimated delivery times.

If you are not entirely happy for some reason we do accept returns and will refund your payment (minus any postage charges). Please simply contact us to discuss and we can go from there.

If your package is returned to us as it could not be delivered, you will need to cover the cost to redeliver the product if need be, otherwise a refund can be provided, less the original cost of delivery and the return cost.
