WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Australia

Free standard shipping for orders over $75 AUD with tracking via Sendle. Free local delivery to the Launceston area for orders over $75 if under $75 a delivery fee of $5 will be charged. Delivery postcodes include 7250, 7249 and 7248.

Standard shipping for $7.95 AUD. Whilst most orders are received within 1-7 days please allow up to 10 business days for standard delivery depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address (tracking via Sendle). Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays. Your hamper/ parcel is coming from Tasmania and these are the estimated delivery times.

  • Tasmania 1-6 business days
  • Victoria 3-8 business days
  • Sydney 3-8 business days
  • South Australia 3-8 business days
  • Queensland 5-10 business days

Sendle do not cover Western Australia or some regional areas. If this is the case and you have placed an order with us, your hamper/parcel will be sent with Australia Post.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

We endeavour to process all orders with 24-48 hours of when your order is placed.  If you place an order on a weekend, your order should be processed the following business day. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.

Ensure that all of your shipping details are correct at checkout as if the recipient does not receive their package or a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the recipient/purchaser will be responsible for the repeat shipping costs.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email to let you know. You’ will receive another email shortly after with your tracking information which you can use to track your parcel’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the dispatch email for your tracking information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Daisy & Oscar Luxury Furbaby Hamper Co. are happy to return/exchange products within 30 days of the original purchase, we will happily exchange for another product on the site for equal value, if you choose to add to your purchase we will send you an invoice for the extra cost. Please note that we DO NOT refund for change of mind purchases.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product has not been used or damaged
  • The product was not purchased whilst on sale.

Products that do not meet the above criteria’s will not be considered for return/exchange

SHIPPING CHARGES

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs in relation to the exchange. We recommend that all returns are sent via a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

ADDITIONAL MONIES AND STORE CREDITS

If the exchange results in a lesser amount being due, a store credit for the appropriate amount will be issued.

If the exchange results in a greater amount being due, an invoice will be issued for the additional amount and full payment will be required before the exchange is processed and your item is shipped. This includes any shipping costs to send the replaced items.

In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged or otherwise unfit for use, we will provide a replacement or refund. Each item is personally inspected before leaving us & we only send items that we are completely satisfied with. If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at sherry@daisyandoscar.com.au. We will endeavour to be back in contact with you within 48 hours.

Daisy & Oscar Club Terms of Service and Delivery Policy

Physical goods As a subscribed Daisy & Oscar’s Club member, each month we will send you a box with an assortment of items for your dog that may consist of a selection from toys and treats. Each month of your subscription the products in your selected box will change.

BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE REGULAR SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH MONTH FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN.

When ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your payment details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. As a subscription service, orders are only shipped once per month or for a period of time depending on the plan selected.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be accepted with 24 hours of your order as we will endeavour to ship your order the next day. Please contact sherry@daisyandoscar.com.au should you need to cancel your order.

Daisy & Oscar’s Club is not responsible for any injury, illness or death caused as a result of any products it ships. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient of the goods to exercise caution when using these products or making them available to their dog or others.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email sherry@daisyandoscar.com.au within the 14 day period if you are not satisfied with your items and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24-48 hours to solve any issues you may have.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Daisy & Oscar’s Club will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
